Joe Spangler started his career in construction in 1980 as a contractor making home improvements in Atlanta Georgia. He fine tuned his craft over the years and in 1987 began subcontracting work in high end homes doing custom interior work in luxury homes. During his time in Atlanta he received an honor by Roy Jacuzzi for his work on innovative outside design. In 1994 Joe moved to Armstrong County and began building custom homes.
Joe’s experience in all areas of construction makes him an ideal builder. His extensive knowledge of design helps him to create beautiful and unique homes. He specializes in Southern Traditional interiors and outside design perfect for entertaining. You can see his work in his first plan in Kittanning, Heritage Estates.
